
Job description
Reporting to the Director, Contracts and Sales Support, this position is responsible for managing the process of preparing and submitting Request for Proposals (RFPs). This involves coordinating input from various teams, creating a compelling proposal, ensuring compliance with customer requirements while respecting strict timelines.
Scopes new RFP opportunities, coordinates Medline’s response to RFP’s, prepares financial business case, liaises with product specialists, completes technical and business related questions, and communicates with internal stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical & organizational skills, ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage priorities, proficient with Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
