Help shape the future of Medline's Mpower platform by leading a team of front-end and full-stack developers. The manager will drive stakeholder alignment, ensure application availability and performance, and lead a high-performing development team.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of front-end and full-stack developers, set clear goals and objectives, coach and mentor team members, and oversee the planning and development of Mpower application features.
The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development expertise, hands-on management experience leading engineering teams, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a keen understanding of leveraging modern web technologies.
