GEKA is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Leader to lead a team of 20 employees in quality assurance. The role involves implementing strategy, processing internal complaints, and ensuring optimal staffing and further development of the team.

Requirements

• Completed technical education with relevant work experience in plastics processing and assembly
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in quality assurance, control of plastic parts (injection molding and/or decoration)
• First leadership experience
• Good knowledge of SAP and CAQ systems (Babtec)
