Job Description
We are seeking a Physician Advisor to work with pre-medical and medical students on their journeys to become successful medical school and residency applicants. The ideal candidate will be a retired or part-time clinical-practicing physician with experience in medical school admissions and/or residency, and the ability to mentor students.
Requirements
- Attended a US Medical School
- MD or DO Physician
- Previous medical school admissions and/or residency experience
- Previous mentorship of students/residents
- Highly available to students (20+ hours per week)
- Knowledge of the medical school admissions process
- Ability to use Microsoft word, Zoom, Gmail, Google Meet, and mobile applications for communication
