We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Haywards Heath team. The HR Manager will be the primary HR point of contact for the UK business, managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring employment law compliance and acting as a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the site.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' generalist HR experience, ideally within an SME or professional services environment
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable)
- Solid, current knowledge of UK employment law with confidence managing complex ER cases independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the credibility to influence managers at all levels
- Self-directed and organised, with the ability to operate effectively as part of a geographically dispersed HR team
