Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist

Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company seeking a Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist to join their team in Istanbul, Turkey. The role involves designing, managing, and optimizing complex HubSpot workflows and automations, executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, and collaborating with sales and operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience building and managing marketing automation programs in HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle marketing, and lead management.
• Hands-on experience (1-2 years) in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end paid campaign process: setup, targeting, creative coordination, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience with marketing data management, segmentation, and CRM integrations.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and performance optimization.
• Comfort operating in a distributed, asynchronous environment, with a bias toward documentation, clarity, and momentum.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
