Remote Certified Medical Assistant- Bilingual Arabic

Medsien is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team as a Care Partner. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting patients in enrolling into various healthcare programs.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant: Possess an active certification as a Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited institution (NHA, AAMA,NCCT, NAHP, etc)
• Medical Terminology: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses to accurately assess patient eligibility
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner
• Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to interact with patients empathetically, showing sensitivity to their needs and concerns
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate completion of enrollment applications and documentation
• Organization and Time Management: Effective organizational skills to manage multiple patient enrollments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, computer proficiency, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications
• Ethical Conduct: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct when dealing with sensitive patient information
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
