Remote Enrollment Specialist (Certified Medical Assistant)

Medsien is a leading provider of Chronic Care Management and Remote patient monitoring services. We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to work as an Enrollment Specialist, educating and enrolling eligible patients in our CCM and RPM programs. The role involves initiating contact with potential patients, conducting initial assessments, and providing detailed information about the program's services. The Enrollment Specialist will also assist eligible patients with the enrollment process, maintain records of patient interactions, and monitor and track enrollment performance.

Requirements

• National Certification in Medical Assisting
• Residence in the US
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with patients and their families.
• Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their management.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
