Job Description
MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant (RN) to work onsite in Cebu City. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Nursing and at least 6 months of BPO Healthcare account experience. The role involves answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing EMR notes on all calls conducted. The salary is 20,000 - 30,000 PHP per month, with additional benefits including new hire bonus, attendance bonus, and paid time off.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Nursing
- At least 6 months of BPO Healthcare account experience
- Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
- 25 wpm or faster
- Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
