Implementation Supervisor

Join MedSpeed and help deliver health! As an Implementation Supervisor, you'll lead the launch of new logistics operations for healthcare clients, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live. This role requires up to 70% travel across U.S. markets and involves implementing transportation solutions, developing thorough understanding of operations, and managing project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 to 2 years logistics or project management experience, implementation experience for service-oriented business preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments
• Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, team environment
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong customer relation skills, demonstrated ability to interact with key decision makers
• Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Rational thinker, with ability to remain calm and excel in stressful situations
• Team management; motivate and optimize the performance of team members
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
