Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Program Ops (Fulfilment & Experience)

As a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Program Ops (Fulfilment & Experience) at Meesho, you'll be responsible for identifying key problems, setting priorities, coming up with solutions, and driving implementation. You'll work closely with planning and bizfin teams, provide insights for intervention areas, and engage with Meesho Leadership as active stakeholders. The role requires strong generalist problem-solving skills and offers mobility across different business verticals.

Requirements

• B.Tech from a premium undergraduate college
• 2-4 years of experience from startups in logistics, e-commerce/ quick commerce, D2C companies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong growth track record
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and organizational ability
• Experience of working in control tower teams in the e-commerce/ logistics industry (preferred)
