The Assistant Professor will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician serving in an academic faculty role, providing patient care, education, and supervision of medical students, residents, fellows, and other trainees.
Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility
- MD, D.O., Ph.D., or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school
- Unrestricted Tennessee medical license
- Malpractice insurance coverage
- DEA certificate
- Credentialing requirements of community and teaching hospitals in Tennessee
- Prior experience working in an Academic Medical School
