Assistant Professor

Meharry Medical College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced pediatric dentist to join the Department of Pediatric Dentistry as a full-time or part-time faculty member. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical teaching, didactic instruction, and research activities while upholding the college's mission of advancing health equity.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a U.S. or Canadian accredited dental school
• Completion of a CODA-accredited postgraduate program in Pediatric Dentistry
• Clinical teaching experience at the predoctoral or postdoctoral level
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure
• Licensed to administer minimal and moderate sedation in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure
• Board certification of eligibility with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
