Senior Clinical Director

The Senior Clinical Director oversees the clinical operations within Elam Mental Health Center to ensure high-quality patient care. The role involves managing clinical staff, monitoring regulatory guidelines, reviewing operational budgets, and providing leadership to ensure smooth delivery of medical and mental health services.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based clinical practice, treatment modalities, and regulatory guidelines surrounding substance abuse treatment and care
• Effective leadership skills to lead, motivate, and inspire the team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders
• Will be on call and responsible for responding to emergencies for the program 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Will develop and maintain standard reporting requirements and assigned operations
• Will manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and analyze workflows to ensure efficiencies
