The Testing and Software Support Specialist plans, develops, and coordinates all internal and external national examinations, inclusive of testing software/learning management systems, for Meharry Medical College.
Requirements
- Primary administrator of all national board testing software inclusive of the college learning management system and internal exam software
- Assists with technical troubleshooting in collaboration with the Office of Information Technology
- Communicates exam logistics among students/unit directors
- Manages a college centralized testing schedule and resolves all potential conflicts
- Manages exam creation process across all courses via internal or copyrighted question banks compiled by faculty
- Prepares and disseminates all pre and post examination data for faculty review
- Educates and schedules proctors to coordinate a centralized testing schedule
- Identifies any potential exam breaches and reports information to the Office of Student Academic Affairs
