Requirements
- Previous inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience (HVAC/R or wholesale distribution preferred)
- Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills; experience with ERP/order entry systems and e-commerce platforms preferred
