Job Description
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staffing, financial management, inventory control, and providing great friendly service. You will also be responsible for implementing and executing pharmacy programs, educating and mentoring team members, and motivating them to perform to their highest level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice
- Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana)
- CPR Certification
- 3 years of experience in retail/community practice
- One year management experience (preferred)
