Regulatory Specialist (On-site)

Manage label change and creation processes, Kosher approval, and regulatory documentation. Perform audits, review and update specifications, and maintain vendor information. Act as a member of the Supplier Quality Team and support Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales.

Requirements

• Manage all label change and creation processes
• Manage all Kosher Schedule A and B approval and documentation processes
• Review and update raw material and ingredient specifications
• Maintain records of vendor information and raw material specifications
• Act as a member of the Supplier Quality Team
• Perform audits of supplier documentation and manufacturing sites
• Review and approve regulatory/nutrition components of final packaging artwork
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of specific state and international regulations
• Provide support to Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales
• Provide support to Food Safety & Quality teams on food safety risk assessments
• Support Foreign Supplier Verification Program
• Additional functions as assigned
