Mejuri is looking for a Sales Floor Manager to provide exceptional customer service, lead and develop the team, and ensure daily commercial operations are executed expertly. Fluency in French and English is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-traffic retail environment
• Adaptability and ability to think creatively and quickly
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Critical thinking ability – identify potential challenges and develop action plans
• Physical demands – ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 23 kg
• Ability to work outside regular working hours occasionally, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
