Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (or Equivalent) from a recognized University.
Requirements
- IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor.
- Welding Inspector / Engineer, Painting Inspector, NDT Level-23, API Certifications, or similar qualification.
- Membership Certification from a recognized professional institution of relevance (MCQI-CQP, ASQ-CMQ&OE) are desirable.
- Experience 15 years experience supplier QA/QC function in major Process Plants (Refinery, NGL, LNG Plants, Petrochemical complex or similar) in Oil & Gas sector.
- GCC desirable. Sound knowledge QA/QC aspects of procurement, manufacturing, Inspection, Testing and acceptance criteria of various Static / Rotating Equipment, Process piping components related to major Oil and Gas Projects.
- Worked EPIC Contractors, End users, Third Party, Performing Coordinating and Managing global Inspection / Testing activities at vendor Manufacturer works of major Process Plant Equipment / Materials in Oil & Gas industry and managed vendor inspection teams.
- Hands experience in Preparation, Review, approval of Procurement / Vendor / Manufacturer Quality documents, Purchase Specifications, ITRs, MR, TBEs, Quality Plans / ITPs / QCPs / FAT / Welding, NDT, HT material testing & Procedures, MRBs, Inspection reports and release notes etc.,
- Performing supplier evaluation, qualification audits and performance monitoring.
- Good Knowledge and experience in establishing and / or using IT / Software systems in supplier QA/QC, Inspecting reporting, PO submission, and reporting statuses.
- Good knowledge of product marking, understanding of ASME, API, UL, ASTM, ISO, BS, EN, NACE, and ISO standards and practices.
- Ability to work well with contractor / vendor / end user personnel at all levels in a multicultural environment.
