Job Description
We are seeking a QA/QC Coordinator with a degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering and experience in leading QC inspectors teams for major oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have good leadership and communication skills, knowledge of international codes/standards, and experience in managing contractors and vendors.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized Engineering faculty
- Valid CSWIP 3.2.1 or AWS Sr. welding Inspection Certificate (SCWI)
- B Gas Grade 2 or NACE level II Coating inspector qualified
- NDT level II in RT, UT, PT& MT/ NDT qualifications against ASNT or ISO requirements
- Certified QMS Lead Auditor in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- 15 years of experience as QA/QC coordinator / QA/QC Lead
- 5-year offshore project experience
- Experience in managing contractors, vendors, and TPIs in major projects
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment
