Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Lead (Structural) with experience in yard fabrication, project execution, and field management to lead structural fabrication teams and address issues that arise during construction.
Requirements
- Experience with yard fabrication of larger decks from 12,000 MT upwards (split pancake staking methodology)
- 3+ years of experience as a lead in structural fabrication
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering
- 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines in the Oil & Gas Industry
- 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Good knowledge of Project Execution procedures and field management and techniques
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies
