Job Description
The Contracts Coordinator will manage existing contracts, coordinate with departments, and prepare proposals to ensure timely receipt of money, services, and goods. The incumbent will also assist in contract bidding, evaluate tenders, and manage contract documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration / Management/ law or similar discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement/contract management
- Strong knowledge in contract matters
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Accuracy & attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of stakeholders and partners
- Excellent time management and organization skills
