Job Description
The Enabling IT Lead will be responsible for drafting and maintaining procedures and documentation for Major Projects support in IT enablement, planning and driving scoping and requirements definition activities, and managing the day-to-day management of IT service support.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant discipline
- 10 or more years of IT experience
- Good oral and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant systems development lifecycles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal & written skills)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to handle innovation, change and business process improvement
