Job Description
The Fire Safety Technician position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry, with a NEBOSH certification and a diploma or equivalent in maintaining fire/safety equipment. Relevant fire equipment training and experience with gas detection/monitoring systems, SCBA, and breathing airline systems are also required.
Requirements
- NEBOSH certification
- Diploma or equivalent in maintaining fire/safety equipment
- Valid drivers license
- 3-5 years experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Relevant fire equipment related training(s)
- Relevant training in maintenance of gas detection/monitoring system
- Training in SCBA and breathing airline system operations
- Equipment inspections and maintenance operation
- Defensive driving preferred
