Job Description
Lead of Civil & Structure Engineering position at Doha, Qatar, requiring minimum 10 years experience in EPC projects, civil/structural discipline, Oil & Gas Facilities, and key relevant civil engineering and Qatar building codes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in EPC projects, in civil/structural discipline including detailed design and field engineering construction/commissioning phases
- Experience in Oil & Gas Facilities, especially LNG facilities and or large utilities systems with large civil/structural/building scope
- Knowledge in geotechnical, foundations design, underground installations, drainage, precast concrete, steel structures
- Knowledge of key relevant civil engineering and Qatar building codes (QCS2014, ACI, AISC, BS EN, etc)
- Experience with building design and field execution
- Some construction execution experience, and understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines related to work installation and sequencing
