Job Description
Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and office management services to the Manager of Performance Evaluation, ensuring work is completed effectively and efficiently. The role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating departmental activities, handling inquiries, and supporting the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Stream, or a relevant stream
- 5 years of post-qualification experience, with 1 or more years of experience in Employee Performance Management system, preferably in healthcare industry
- Strong command of verbal and written English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Proven experience in administrative coordination and performance evaluation
- High level analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
