Job Description
The Senior Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Corporate and AA programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives, continuously making organizational and workforce improvements across AA DNO&M & ROMD Departments.
Requirements
- Maintain and analyze organizational structures, job descriptions and roles and the utilization of human resources.
- Undertake Annual Manpower Planning for AA Affairs (DNO&M & ROMD departments)
- Support in the implementation of a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials
- Support AA Line Managers with the efficient utilisation of the AA Technical Competencies
- Assess the impact of people-related interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
