Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant with a strong background in change management principles, methodologies, and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global Professional Services organizations and a solid understanding of how people go through change. The role will involve identifying key stakeholders, assessing change readiness, and developing change management plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Post-graduation or advanced degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/General Management/Organization Behavior area
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI or ACMP certified)
- 6+ years of Change Management experience
- 5+ years of experience in technology and digital programs level change management in large-scale industries
