System Administrator functions are important in supporting the team to ensure that the project activities are completed as per planned schedule as well as maintaining the existing Windows and Intel-Servers infrastructure in a stable and secure manner.
Requirements
- Installing and Configuring Windows Servers (Physical and Virtual)
- Monitoring System Performance and Troubleshooting Server Issues
- Upgrade Server hardware with new releases and models
- Install and upgrade Server components and software, manage virtual and physical servers, and integrate automation processes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Build an internal repository of Technical Documentation and configuration guides
- Create/Update Documentation (Installation Guides, Configuration Documents,. etc.)
- Communicate with IT Vendors to report faulty hardware and arrange to replace the faulty devices
- Project Management and ITIL Knowledge is a plus
- Working Knowledge on Ticketing System like BMC is a plus
