Job Description
The Lifeguard ensures the safety of all guests and patrons in the facilities by observing all guests activities and patrolling in the areas as assigned and ensuring the smooth operation and guest safety. Safety is always the priority.
Requirements
- Previous experience in aquatics facilities, including beach, hotel/commercial pools, and waterpark
- Previous 5-star hotel service or relevant experience
- Valid CPR and lifeguard license certified by local safety authorities
- Good swimming skills and lifesaving skills
- Ability to work in outdoor recreation facilities
- Patience, cheerful and positive mindset
- Ability to work on flexible shift, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Good presentation and grooming
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of teamwork, work ethic, and commitment to the team
- Understanding of different cultures and diversity
- Adherence to the Company's Vision & Values
- Good people management skills
- Excellent command of English and Greek
