Requirements
- University degree or higher in Tourism
- Training in Gastronomy/Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position in 4 and 5* Hotels
- Knowledge of economic management tools and analysis in the kitchen
- Advanced knowledge of English
