Job Description
Line Cook - Meliá La Palma. Responsible for the preparation, regeneration, and presentation of foods in the kitchen, meeting quality and recipe standards. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
Requirements
- Complies with instructions of immediate supervisor regarding shifts, hours, tasks, and workload
- Sets up the kitchen and refrigerators for correct use of products
- Ensures all refrigerated products are in good condition
- Performs assigned production according to procedures and presentation
- Complies with APPCC, security, cleanliness, and hygiene regulations
- Reports any anomalies or deviations to immediate supervisor
- Informs supervisor of any incident that may affect the operation of the section
