Job Description
The Performance Optimization Executive will provide high-level assistance to Partners and prospect generators of opaque reservations for Meliá Hotels with Club presence. The role involves managing lead generation programs, issuing reports, and supporting hotels and RCI related to follow-up of reservations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, systems, accounting, or other related degrees or diplomas.
- Spanish and English language proficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience in related areas in the hotel or vacation club sector.
