We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at Meliá Lloret de Mar. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for implementing centralized kitchen procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining product quality levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in 4 and 5* hotels
- Experience in the production of large volumes of diners and MICE events in 4 and 5* hotels or similar restaurant companies
- University degree and/or higher education in Tourism
- Knowledge of economic management and team management
- Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety
- Result-oriented and economically marked objectives
- Proactivity for excellence and high planning and organization capacity
- Leadership and high communication skills
- APPCC expertise
- Microsoft Office package and related tools to the position
- Medium to high level of English
