Requirements
- Provide correct, attentive, and cordial service
- Meet quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Carry out tasks and obligations assigned by immediate supervisor
- Participate in "briefings" at the start of each shift
- Perform service tasks in accordance with quality and presentation standards
- Handle services with caution to avoid accidents or spills
- Present the bill to the client and comply with payment procedures
- Attend department meetings and participate in programmed training
