Requirements
- Manage incoming service requests
- Collect information and offer assistance to users
- Log service requests in the internal ERP system
- Work in conjunction with the technical servicing team
- Support administrative tasks as required
- Manage and update spreadsheets and handle documentation
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving fault messages in accordance with manuals or internal procedures
