Mellon Technologies is seeking an administrative support employee for a large financial institution, responsible for managing calls/messages/emails, preparing and implementing programs, and creating documents.

Requirements

• Degree from a Higher Education Institution
• Very good knowledge of the English language in written and spoken form
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in administrative support positions (desired over 2 years)
• Excellent social skills
• Continuity
• Responsibility, confidentiality and observance of banking secrecy
• Organizational skills and effective prioritization of tasks
