Job Description
The Recruiting Associate will verify work, training, and driving/safety history of potential CDL driver hires, conducting investigations and maintaining files in accordance with DOT regulations.
Requirements
- Conduct background and criminal investigations
- Verify previous employment and training history
- Verify licenses and credentials
- Run Motor Vehicle Report and review accident history
- Maintain driver files in accordance with DOT regulations
- Deal well with different personalities
- Familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word
