Job Description
This position is set aside for a person with a disability. The core working hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, M-F. The hourly wage is $18.88. The position is located at the Department of Energy in Germantown, MD. The incumbent will perform various laboring duties, including trimming, pruning, raking, shoveling, and operating power equipment.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in landscape maintenance work
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 100 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk 70% and sit 30% of the work time
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to provide own transportation to work site
