Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Squad Technical Lead to guide, inspire, and manage a team of engineers, foster collaboration, and align technical execution with business objectives to ensure product success.
Requirements
- Leadership Team of Engineers
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Align business and people needs within the engineering team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
- Own the goal-setting process within the team
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team
- Maintain a deep understanding of the technology stack used by the team
- Balance technical decisions with business needs and engineers perspectives
