Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead our technical teams, guiding our software development team and ensuring compliance with deadlines and delivering value.
Requirements
- Senior-level profile as a developer in frontend, ads and SEO
- Extensive knowledge and experience in relevant software development technologies
- Experience in managing software development projects, including sprint planning, resource allocation, and time management
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a development team
- Results-oriented and value-driven
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and shift priorities as needed
- Experience in managing and developing team performance, including conflict management and interpersonal problem solving
