Job Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Float Member Service Representative I/Teller to join our team for three to four months this summer. As a member of our team, you will help deliver on our mission, vision, and brand promise by living out our core values in every service contact. You will work at various credit union branches within the designated service area, adapting to the specific needs and dynamics of each branch.
Requirements
- Be Trustworthy, Caring, and Enthusiastic in receiving and processing MFCU member transactions
- Collaborate with branch staff to cross-sell and increase member share of wallet
- Maintain accurate transaction records and follow-through with member requests
- Adapt to the specific needs and dynamics of each branch
- Obtain Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation through America's Credit Unions within first year of service
