Director, Software Engineering

We’re seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead the software engineering, application development, and quality assurance functions in the enterprise. This leadership role is responsible for the effective and efficient design, development, integration, and testing of all third-party and internal software used to support all business processes across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Define and execute a multi-year engineering strategy aligned with business goals and the enterprise technology roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams, including managers, leads, and senior engineers.
• Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with Enterprise and Solution Architecture to design, plan, and deliver high-quality technology solutions that align with the organization’s strategic roadmap.
• Drive modernization and security initiatives, assessing the current state of operational systems and developing roadmaps to ensure their continued viability or modernize and replace legacy platforms.
