Registered Nurse Residency Program

Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Residency Program. The position involves providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. The nurse will be required to maintain continuous certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP, and complete Behavioral Health & De-Escalation Training.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school and hold a current RN license in Ohio
• Maintain continuous certification in BLS, and obtain ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within six months of employment
• Complete Behavioral Health & De-Escalation Training (BHDT) within six months of hire and maintain annual certification
• Complete 24 contact hours of approved continuing education every two years as required by the Ohio Board of Nursing
