Manager - Social Work - FT - Days - MRH

The Social Work Manager ensures the provision of social work services by managing the daily operations of Social Workers, providing clinical supervision, and leadership of Social Workers to provide the highest quality of family-centered care to patients and families.

Requirements

• Develops, implements, reports, and follows up on social service initiatives
• Coordinates resources and work assignments to meet Social Work performance targets and departmental customer services expectations in a cost-effective manner
• Responsible for the people management life cycle including, but not limited to, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management and professional licensure development of Social Work staff to meet performance expectations
