Job Description
The Epic Application Analyst is responsible for advancing the functionality and operational efficiency of Information Systems utilizing their expertise in Epic Applications. This entails basic to intermediate analysis, design, configuration and implementation. Provides ongoing analysis, consultation, problem-solving, collaboration and application support to users.
Requirements
- Epic Clinical Documentation certification required
- Rehab and Stork certifications preferred
- Epic build, testing, and optimization experience
- Strong ticket queue and upgrade support skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Strong time management in high-volume environments
- Ability to support rotating 24/7 on-call coverage
