Job Description
The Fulfillment Pharmacist II works at Memorial Hermann's Specialty Pharmacy, ensuring correct and safe supply of prescriptions and supplies, and provides patient centered care, including monitoring and documentation of patient medication therapy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy
- Current State of Texas license/permit to practice pharmacy
- Two or more (2+) years experience in clinical area of practice
- Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of specialty medications
- Familiarity with health care reimbursement
