Job Description

The Home Infusion Nurse Liaison fills an integral role in the clinical operations of the Pharmacy, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure infusion therapy can be safely and effectively administered to each home-based patient.
Requirements
- RN Degree Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of infusion therapy experience
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare services and/or operations
