Pharmacy Resource Specialist responsible for coordinating pharmacy staff, students, and volunteers with their training, education, and documentation, while ensuring inventory levels and providing support for Automated Dispensing Systems.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business or related field
- Current Pharmacy Tech registration or Pharmacist intern registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Five (5) years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop individuals and teams
